The parking location is directly in front of the treehouse.

Tamerlane Treehouse is not a step-free environment. Guests must navigate steps from the parking area to reach the main deck and front entrance. Additional steps are required to access the lower deck and waterfall area. 

We have strong WiFi at Tamerlane Treehouse. It also has a smart TV that allows you to to connect to your personal subscriptions/providers. 

We are happy to accommodate early check-ins whenever possible. If you plan to arrive before our standard check-in time of 3 PM, please reach out in advance so we can do our best to plan for your arrival.

We will send you check-in instructions via email prior to your stay. Instructions will include driving directions and a unique door code that will be generated on your behalf. Check in is at 3 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

As much as we adore furry friends, we kindly as that pets remain at home to ensure a comfortable, allergy-free space for all our guests. Thank you for understanding.

All guests must be at least 25 years of age at the time of booking and check-in.

To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside any rental spaces. Guests who wish to smoke may do so outdoors in designated areas. We kindly ask that all tobacco products be properly disposed of to help maintain the tidiness and beauty of our surroundings. 

We want you to feel completely comfortable during your stay. So, before you arrive, we want to give you a heads-up: while we don’t allow pets in the rental space, there is one very special exception on the premises—our resident pup, Shug!

Shug is a lovable, laid-back dog who lives on the property full-time and proudly serves as our “Official Greeter”. You might catch him lounging in the sun, wagging hello to guests, or politely doing a quick sniff-check to make sure everything's in order.

Don’t worry—Shug knows his boundaries and won’t enter your space unless invited. He’s got great manners and is always up for a friendly hello (or a belly rub, if you’re offering).

If you’re not a dog person or have allergies, just let us know—we’ll make sure Shug gives you plenty of space. But if you are a dog lover, you might just leave having made a new best friend.
