Dogwood Falls is a natural property with wooded paths, sloped areas, steps, rocks, gravel, and uneven terrain. Some locations, including areas near the waterfall, may require walking over natural surfaces.

If you or someone in your party has mobility concerns, please contact us before your visit. We will gladly discuss available access and parking options so you can plan accordingly.

Appropriate footwear is recommended when exploring the property. Conditions may be slippery during or after rain.

For everyone’s comfort and safety:

• Access is limited to registered guests and confirmed visitors.

• Children must remain under adult supervision.

• Do not park on grass unless directed by a Dogwood Falls representative.

• Do not enter restricted or private areas.

• Do not block emergency-access routes.

• Overnight parking is permitted only for registered overnight guests.

• Trailers, buses, recreational vehicles, and oversized vehicles require advance approval.

• Follow all posted signs and property instructions.

One of the most special features of the property is our natural waterfall, a beautiful, nature-fed feature that changes with the rhythm of the seasons. Its flow is guided by local rainfall and weather conditions, ranging from a soft, peaceful flow to a graceful cascade after periods of rain.

Because the waterfall follows nature’s timing, we cannot guarantee it will be fully flowing during every visit. But that is part of its charm. When the conditions are right, it becomes a peaceful, picture-perfect backdrop for weddings, photography, and time spent simply enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.
